Nurture box (www.nurturebox.co.uk) offers a monthly subscription box aimed at parents with children aged 0-3 years, with products tailored to the child’s age. We send out a box once a month, which contains 4-5 products (one of which is for the parents). Our box includes a mixture of practical, fun and development products and where possible we aim to source natural, organic and eco-friendly products. Read on to find out what was in my box.

Nurture box is about helping parents discover the best products and brands for their children. To ensure that the products we include are all of the highest quality and in keeping with our ethos, we stringently test and vet all the products that go in the box. To do this we initially select a number of similar products from a range of brands (e.g. sun hats) and send them to our parent selection panel, which chooses the one that they like the best; this goes into the monthly box.

In addition, as we buy the products at trade price, we are able to offer significant discounts to parents – so a box with top quality products worth £35-40, costs the customer only £22, including postage and packaging (or less if they buy a block subscription). There is also a charitable aspect to our business; for each box delivered we make a donation to United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), which does fantastic work to provide nutrition and improve the quality of life for vulnerable and underprivileged children around the world.

What A New Addition HQ think:

Upon receiving my Nurtures box I opened it to see what goodies were inside and it was carefully wrapped with orange tissue paper with a nurtures box sticker :) Our Nurture box was based on weaning so we had 2 Nature's Purest bibs, TUM TUM tiny snack pots, SNACK'N GO food pouch. Brother Max 4-in1-trainer cup and Natalia Mum's Miracle Balm. You also get an introductory booklet to explain the products in the box with more detailing and tips on said theme for that box for instance my box is titled 'time to eat' and has tips on being prepared and the implementation of weaning. As far as these boxes go I think they make great gifts, along with that I also think it would be a really good way for new and existing parents to keep ahead of what they could need throughout the first developmental year for baby. You can choose from 1 month up to 12months for a subscription.

I would love to know what you think of this? Have a look on their site/what I have said above and share your thoughts. :)
