Because I have a boy, I told him it was a mushroom, not a flower and it seemed to work really well, he even uses it to brush his own hair, and normally he screams and won't let him near us!..It's a struggle to even wash it!

But I definately would recommend having one of these is you have a little princess! If your boy has longer hair or if you just wanted to treat yourself! I love having the girly secret part of it! I might be 20 but it means I get to have my secret stash from the boys :D
